JOSEPH D. HOUSTON
After graduating with a B.S. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Utah, Joe obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law before moving to Montana and beginning his law practice with a reputable Great Falls firm in 2008. Making the transition to the Missoula area with his family three years later, Joe continues to develop and expand his expertise in both technical legal know-how and exceptional client relationships.

An experienced litigator in both District Court and Justice Court, Joe has handled numerous appeals to the Montana Supreme Court. He prides himself in developing client trust through prompt communication and thoughtful legal advice. In addition to his Montana credentials, Joe is licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho and in federal courts.
Settled in Florence with his wife Katie and two children, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting his kids in various academic and extracurricular endeavors, and volunteering with his local church. When the inspiration strikes, he also can be found training to run the occasional marathon. As licensed foster parents, Joe and his wife are strong proponents of foster parenting and CASA of Missoula (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children).
