Jones & Houston, PLLC represents both small and large companies, banks, credit unions, and individuals in commercial litigation. Commercial litigation includes collections, breach of contract claims, covenants not to compete, employment agreement disputes, entity disputes, and virtually all business-related activities.
ESTATE PLANNING AND PROBATES
Jones & Houston, PLLC handles most financial planning needs for clients, regardless of the size of the estate. Our Estate Planning practice includes Will drafting, Trusts, Health Care Directives, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Revocable Transfer on Death Deeds, and other estate and gift planning.
